Refund policy

According to the legislation in force, you have the right to withdraw from the sales purchase contract by returning the purchased product within 14 days from the date on which the product was delivered according to the Terms and Conditions, without indicating any specific reason.

In order to exercise your right to return the products, you must notify us of the decision to withdraw via an e-mail sent to the address info@hai-afara.com or by post to PCG Safety Consultaddress St. Stăciunii no. 15, bl. F1, sc. B, ap.16 Suceava with the mention "RETUR HAI AFARĂ ".

To comply with the withdrawal period from the contract, it is sufficient to send the information requested for this purpose before the expiration of the 14-day period from the delivery of the product. The notification regarding the return must include the exact name of the product mentioned in the Store under the product description heading, the date it was delivered to you and the delivery address, as well as the bank account to which the refund of the collected money will be made.

Send the returned products to the address: str. Station no. 15, bl. F1, sc. B, ap.16 Suceava with the mention "RETURN LET'S GET OUT " in the original packaging, with the labels attached to the delivery. The product must not show signs of use or defects. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (eg the costs of shipping the package to our warehouse).

In case of return, the Store will transfer the collected amounts as soon as it is received in our warehouse and the return conditions are validated. The amount is returned by online payment to the account mentioned in the return notice.

ATTENTION: Personal hygiene / intimate hygiene products CANNOT BE RETURNED!
ATTENTION: Products from the category of Equipment for working at height - Climbing equipment are part of risk category 3 (fatal risk) and NO MAY BE RETURNED!
